McNair: Texans staff faces no pay cuts, furloughs for now

NEW ORLEANS — Owner Bob McNair said the Texans will not make employees take pay reductions or work furloughs unless games are canceled and the team has to refund season-ticket revenue. "We're not going to do that until we have to," McNair said. "We don't have to at this point. If we start losing games and having to refund tickets, we'd have to look at it."
